About Eigentic

Eigentic is an AI agent platform that connects your organization's knowledge systems into a single conversational interface. Instead of searching across dozens of tools and databases, ask a question and get an answer grounded in your actual data.

Built for the ATLAS experiment at CERN, Eigentic bridges physics databases (HepData), electronic logbooks (ELISA), documentation wikis (Twiki), code repositories (GitLab), event systems (Indico), and engineering documents (EDMS) — all through a unified AI agent powered by the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

How it works

Eigentic agents use MCP to securely connect to your existing tools. When you ask a question, the agent determines which systems to query, fetches the relevant data, and synthesizes an answer with source references. Every tool call is visible and traceable.

The platform supports multiple AI providers — including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI — so teams can choose the right balance of capability, speed, and cost. Switch models mid-conversation without losing context.

Beyond CERN

While Eigentic was built for particle physics, the architecture is enterprise-agnostic. The core platform (agent runtime, MCP gateway, web interface) is separated from organization-specific integrations. Any team with distributed knowledge systems can deploy Eigentic with their own MCP servers.
